A collaborating physician for a growing integrative telehealth practice
We’re not asking a physician to build the business. We’re building it. We’re looking for a Missouri-licensed MD or DO who believes in patient-centered care and wants to make sure this model is built correctly.
What’s already in place
This isn’t a concept. The company, the leadership team and the patient relationships already exist. Your agreement would be a written Collaborative Practice Agreement with a clear organizational and legal structure.
- EPIC Healthcare LLC, organized in Missouri in 2020 and ready to launch clinical services
- Two board-certified family nurse practitioners licensed in Missouri
- Existing chiropractic, wellness and personal injury patient relationships through our business partner
- Community, employer and referral networks
- Operations, marketing and patient acquisition run by EPIC
How the practice will grow
We’re sharing the full plan now, including services that come later, so you can decide with everything in view.
Months 1–6
Foundation
Holistic and functional medicine by telehealth under Chanda Burns, FNP-C, alongside chiropractic care, lifestyle counseling and weight management. Workflows, documentation standards and evidence-based protocols are set, and Dené Beck, FNP-C, joins clinical operations.
Months 6–18
Expansion
Once volume targets are met, and only with your review, services may expand to joint and trigger point injections, medical pain management, hormone therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy where legally appropriate, and regenerative medicine.
Longer term
Growth
Additional locations or states and an expanded medical director role, with any change in terms reviewed by counsel.
What collaboration involves
Chart review
Review charts on the schedule Missouri requires for collaborative practice.
Consultation
Be available to consult on complex patients, in person or by telecommunication.
Protocols
Review and help develop protocols, and approve any new service line before it launches.
Oversight guidance
Share compliance recommendations as the practice grows.
Telehealth-based
Most collaboration happens by secure video, within what Missouri rules allow for telehealth practice.
No operational load
EPIC handles staffing, billing, marketing, administration and operating costs.
Who we’re looking for
- Holds an active Missouri MD or DO license
- Believes in collaborative, team-based care
- Supports preventive, functional and integrative medicine
- Is comfortable with a telehealth-based arrangement
- Wants a long-term relationship, not a signature

Compensation is a fixed monthly fee set at fair market value and defined in a written agreement.
